Another poster!

Another presenter has joined our Thursday afternoon poster session.  MHSLA Archivist Maureen Watson, MS, AHIP, will present the poster MHSLA: LOL the Power of Laughter, featuring humorous moments in MHSLA meetings from 1998-2008.

Maureen is the Optometry Librarian at Ferris State University.

Lunch & Learn: Micromedex

This training session will focus on the new point-of-care interface covering drug, disease, lab, alternate medications, patient education, dosing tools, and clinical calculators. Beth Smith, RN, BSN is a Clinical Solutions Trainer for Thomson Reuters.
She has previously worked as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery,
Postpartum and Newborn Nursery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in
Chicago, IL and as a Senior Medical Safety Analyst at Abbott Laboratories.
She is currently working towards her Masters in Training and Development.
